I've never been the biggest fan of the straps, thinking they would be more uncomfortable than a padded strap but it's hardly noticeable.I loved this from the moment I used it! Very handy and love that it’s hard to get into as the zips are underneath the outer fabric so you know your stuff is protected from thieves as they can’t open the backpack easily. It feels comfortable on the shoulders and you can fit so much inside as it opens all of the way out so you can pack this. Very durable and holds up even when it’s raining. It drys quickly when put over the heater and when not used it easily flatters so you can put into another bag or suitcase which I really love!
